When we started five years ago, we didn’t have a grand blueprint. We just knew this: most businesses were either over-served with complexity or under-served when it really mattered. We wanted to change that. We wanted to ensure that if you had a people challenge and you had reached out to us, we will either provide you a solution or connect you to someone who could provide you a better answer. Just like a "magic box".

Fractional HR
Our journey began here with a boutique lifestyle company based in Mumbai, at the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic. They needed senior HR support but weren’t ready for a full-time function. HRBx stepped in, building an agile HR foundation and proving that experienced leadership can be offered fractionally, as and when needed. That first project set the tone for everything we do today. Since then, we’ve led numerous consulting assignments for small and mid-sized businesses: conducting leadership due diligence, designing transition plans, and advising on when and how to professionalize their leadership teams.
Executive Search
From startups to global firms expanding into India, our Executive Search practice focuses on precision and speed. We take pride in our 8-week closure timeline, helping companies identify, engage, and place senior leaders who drive change. Whether it’s setting up India leadership teams from scratch or building strategic roles in global hubs, we deliver thoughtful matchmaking rooted in business context.
Talent Branding
We help organizations "stop chasing and start attracting". We help them articulate their people's story: what it’s like to work there, grow there, and belong there. Through strategic employer branding and content design, we make brands not just find talent, but attract the right kind.

Our newest practice, born out of a need to support fast-growing firms looking for scalable hiring engines. We design and run high-performance recruitment processes that align with client culture, enabling agility without compromising on quality. The focus: make hiring efficient, data-driven, and human-centered.
