For HRBx, that question sparked a journey to reimagine how startups and small enterprises solve their people challenges.
We saw founders and teams struggling: not because they lacked ambition, but because the world of HR was built for giants, not for those building something new.
So, we set out to change that. HRBx was born with a vision: to craft HR solutions as unique as the businesses we serve. No templates. No “one size fits all.” Just real answers for real people.

He specializes in deep dive HR Consulting, CEO Coaching and search and leadership assessments with new age firms, start-ups and Indian Promoters. Working closely with Series A to Series D funded companies, VC’s and their leadership teams.
Ritij Chaudhury

Ritji brings 15 years of rich and diverse experience in complex and challenging environments across multiple geographies in Search Consulting, Leadership Hiring and Market Research.
He has successfully partnered with early and growth stage start-ups in identifying, assessing and onboarding senior leaders across multiple functions such as Product, Technology, Growth Marketing, Sales & HR.
