He specializes in deep dive HR Consulting, CEO Coaching and search and leadership assessments with new age firms, start-ups and Indian Promoters. Working closely with Series A to Series D funded companies, VC’s and their leadership teams.
Ritij Chaudhury
Founding PartnerHe brings 10 years of rich and diverse experience in complex and challenging environments across multiple geographies in Search Consulting, Leadership Hiring and Market Research.
He has successfully partnered with early and growth stage start-ups in identifying, assessing and onboarding senior leaders across multiple functions such as Product, Technology, Growth Marketing, Sales & HR.
